    Cara is our in-house digital communication specialist and visual designer.     Keiron leads our lens-based creative. With extensive experience in photography and a strong background in documentary filmmaking and short-form video, he brings stories to life through compelling imagery.     Blu leads our happiness and culture department. With a deep love for belly rubs and a knack for finding treats, he makes sure that everyone is feeling their best and that they stop and smell the flowers.
